Keepa Customer Insights

1. Ability to set alerts with email notification and price targets! Syncs to browser extension too which is amazing! Love the unity! Only way to improve it would be to update the visuals to something slightly easier to use and cleaner (similar to material UI) Good work Dev ✌️The prices don't match, which is sort of the very basic functionality of the app.. Check any product price on amazon and compare the number it shows in Keepa.. It won't match..sometimes it chooses a weird seller and you can't change it.. And sometimes the price doesn't match with any of the sellers..Ir doesn't let me track new things (I logged into Amazon within the keep app and I don't see the option to track stuff, anywhere).

2. Worked just fine beforeReally love this application, it tells you the changes of actual price from time to time, so you don't worry to be tricked when there is a "promotion" of discount when it's actually not.I couldn't find how to compare prices across different countries' Amazon stores like in the browser extension, I have to change the store manually to see the priceHappy to use the app.

3. It is better to have smaller graph with zoom possibility than spending time on tapping, interactive graph loading, phone rotation, etc.! If i want to quicky compater prices history on several item it is just huge waste of time!! That's why i usually use camel for this even though is has less functionality - but is just much faster!Love this! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's a must-have!!! Works very well! Shows a chart of part prices and different aspects such as used, new, prime, sale etc.

4. Disclaimer: Sometimes deals get sniped so fast that unless you open it really quickly, it'll be gone by the time you get to Amazon to buy it (which I believe is why some of the reviews complain about notifications when the price isn't actually low).

5. Generally Keepa is heads above the competitors for price tracking on Amazon, whether you are a buyer or seller.

6. A few tweaks that would be useful: - The ability to track a particular seller's stock on am item over time.

7. It's very easy to misclick and just show the prices only.Great extension and the app is good so far but is still in beta.

8. 1-time fee?ok, but please, find a way to show interactive graph on main screen already and in same screen orientation which i am using at moment of app opening.

9. - Similarly, some way of graphically looking at the total stock by all sellers of a certain offer type over time.

10. There are not a lot of trackers for Amazon and I would say this is one of the best ones on the market as of now!It would be good to have it directly open product in Amazon app.

11. - On the app's Tracking page, it is VERY hard to click the "Show All" button for details on a listing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Keepa Issues

1. Fix Keepa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Keepa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Keepa App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Keepa" » Open Keepa - Amazon Price Tracker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Keepa » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Keepa - Amazon Price Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Keepa servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Keepa - Amazon Price Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Keepa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Keepa might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Keepa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Keepa then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Keepa not working


2. Fix Keepa Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Keepa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Keepa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Keepa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I had banking problems and they told me to unsubscribe and resubscribe people a few times that seems to have caused me to be locked out. I haven’t violated any guidelines at least knowingly. I’m a good guy. I have no problems with Amazon. I’m in a group of 10 guys that are using keeper and Suggestion to unsubscribe and resubscribe is at world of trouble with you guys. Apparently, I’m locked out. Can someone please let me back in I’m willing to pay for a year if that will help I just wanna be a good keeper customer and pay my bills and use keeper please help me thank you Lou Stone . lstonepi55@redacted

  • Hello, I would like to inform you about fraud .. I have given someone my keepa user name and password. They just changed user name and password and after that they have changed my email id too…can you please let me know what can I do now..cause I don’t have any thing to get after them. There is my card details too on my keepa account. Please please please help me in this case. I am waiting of your prompt response.

  • I cant access Keepa even though I have a monthly subscription. I can only see certain information and it tells me the other information needs a subscription. My Keepa email is not working when it asks me to change it, it doesn't go to the recovery email.

  • I see a charge of $16.15 and 2 charges of $16.13 trying to go through my bank account for 1 subscription of Keepa which should be a SINGLE monthly fee of $16.15 for June, 2022. Please reimburse me for the 2 extraneous charges of $16.13 going through my bank. I do not understand why you are charging me 3 times for a single month payment.
