1. If you don't like it or if it breaks you can get a replacement free including shipping!Very fast and easy to use, I find myself at time distracted by all the items they have and have found the same items on other sites that are either doubled or tripled the price.

2. When trying to make a purchase, you need to scroll down through the cart, until you find and "check mark" all the items belonging to the same seller, in order to checkout.

3. The reason I gave it a four star is because if you order several items at once, they may be shipped from different sellers and therefore you have to pay separate shipping fees for each seller.

5. Uninstall and reinstall AliExpress. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AliExpress then reinstall.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AliExpress be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AliExpress not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AliExpress may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
