Happy to bump this up to 5 stars when an update comes through to add support!This app is the worse, everytime you login to your account it always have connectivity issues or it takes forever to load and so you have to go to google to the main site to login which defeats the purpose of having the app on your phone and most of the time you have to uninstall the app and reinstall just to get it to load your account so it can be viewed and sometimes that doesnt work.. I would really hope that they do some debugging or something to help the app run smoother..Easy to use and everything is at your fingertips! The only thing that keeps it from being 5 Stars is the that u can transfer from a loan to a deposit account through the app, but if you are transferring from deposit account to loan it doesn't give the option you have to call in.

They fall short when helping you correct mistakes done by the vendors you deal with.I have been using this app through all of its evolutions and I have never been disappointed by it -- love the real-time, instant knowledge of where my account balances stand at any given moment, including being able to see most pending transactions before they actually occur, so it's easier to forecast my budget.

3. The username and password fields also populate in reverse if I use autofill to log in, putting my username as my password and my PW as my UN.Since my update to Android 9 the swift deposit feature does not work.

4. I haven't been able to get more than one check to mobile deposit in the past two months, when this feature never gave me problems in the past.

5. The camera for online check deposit is still flipping images sideway and backwards, stretching the image, and making it almost impossible to take a photo.

6. I get the message you have to be logged into our mobile to deposit check...the problem is am logged into the app, yet continue to get this message despite several attempts with an a somewhat yellow triangle.

7. Swift deposit either crashes after taking pictures, or gives me the RDC Unavailable error message every time.

8. So far no update to follow.I am unable to deposit a check using the Mobil app.

9. Mobile check deposits and money transfers between accounts go through instantaneously, which is sublime.

1. Restart Georgia United: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Georgia United App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Georgia United" » Open Georgia United Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Georgia United » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Georgia United Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Georgia United servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Georgia United Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Georgia United app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Georgia United might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Georgia United. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Georgia United then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Georgia United not working

2. Fix Georgia United Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Georgia United be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Georgia United not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Georgia United may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
