1. Edit: It has been a year & all these issues still exist.What is the problem w/this app? At this point, it's even impossible to give it one star! I am so sick & tired of uninstalling, then installing again! And NOW..that doesn't even work anymore! Every time I want to check my balance or other transactions, I have to go to the banks website.
2. Absolutely frustrating and time consuming for no reason.ESSEX BANK APP WAS BETTER! I have nothing but problems I have to un-install and reinstall it all the time because it won't work, even when I tell it to remember my username it doesnt, it doesn't show a running balance on the transactions, and it's all around frustrating.
3. Pin login and remember user name features do not work most of the time and the only way to restore function is to uninstall and reinstall the app after each malfunction.
4. This is very frustrating! All week it has been like this & it's not the first time! Either get your act together OR give us a better app to work with.
5. Hope they'll fix these issues finally.Taking photos of a mobile deposit needs to use the built-in flash, and automatically detect when the check is framed correctly, then automatically trip the shutter.
6. Nothing is more frustrating than trying to do a quick balance check before a purchase only to find out you have to reset your password, which is itself a trying process.
7. Thought it was the fingerprint option causing the problem but no, it just doesn't work.I don't know what they have done to this app but it no longer works properly.
8. While technically there is an option to use biometrics, it hardly ever works which means you have to put in your username and password every time.
9. No call-verification function, no repeated numbers if your spouse has their phone registered, and no online workaround through the secure website which also makes you verify but luckily can be done through calling.
10. 01/09/2023 New Year same old problems! It just doesn't work.
11. With the "extra layer of security" through mandatory text code, I am locked out of mobile banking unless I buy cell service.
