1. Having been a Simple customer for years, I was hopeful that the transition to BBVA would be an easy and positive experience.
2. Their mobile app doesn't register selections properly, and the only way to fix an account issue is to call in and wait an hour for customer service, and that's if they aren't "experiencing difficulties" and hang up on you after half that wait time.
3. Now it looks a bit clunky and no matter how much I adjust the filters on my search bar, it refuses to show me all charges on a certain bill (I like to see them from previous months to compare and keep track of its charge amounts) even though the name of the bill has been the same for three years.
4. On both the mobile app and the website, I have been unable to register my account, even though I have all the required account information.
5. I've been trying to add my mortgage account so I can transfer money and it has been a ridiculous pain in the a$$.
6. Multiple system errors when trying to activate my account and now I can't access my funds.
7. I did that in the options, then a couple days later noticed that while it was still on in the settings, it was off in the account display, so there's 2 places to turn it on and they don't synch.
8. I have opened a Chime account.Without a doubt the worst mobile banking experience I have ever had.
9. This is a notable downgrade and I am considering closing the account.Yeah, I don't think apps are supposed to get worse after you update it but that's exactly what happened here.
10. I also never received an email from BBVA for account setup, like we were supposed to.
11. Also another Simple customer moved to BBVA.
