I’m Singtel Dash User in Singapore and I am now here in Philippine for my one month vacation .My friend in Singapore top up my Singtel Dash account and I received it already .My problem is,the money that my friend send it to me I send it one my recipient and that’s my husband but my husband handphone number change and I didn’t know the he change it that’s why he didn’t receive any notification about the reference number.And I haven’t received any notification from my Singtel dash too because I cannot use my Singapore handphone number here in Philippine.I send the money yesterday.What should I do?Where we can find the reference number to claim the money?
