Singtel Dash Customer Insights
1. Need to uninstall the app and reinstall it for it to work every time you want to use the app.
2. Tried reinstall, relogin and all possible options to make it work but all failed.
3. Feb 23: In order for the app to work, do I really need to un/reinstall the app everytime there is an update.
4. This is totally hopeless.I used to love this app as I could use credit card to top up but since last week, they claimed to have maintenance on the feature and it hasn't come back since.Not able to open.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Singtel Dash Issues
1. Fix Singtel Dash Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Singtel Dash: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Singtel Dash App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Singtel Dash" » Open Singtel Dash » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Singtel Dash » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Singtel Dash app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Singtel Dash servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Singtel Dash" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Singtel Dash app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Singtel Dash might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Singtel Dash. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Singtel Dash then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Singtel Dash not working
2. Fix Singtel Dash Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Singtel Dash be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Singtel Dash not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Singtel Dash may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hi, I'm a singtel dash user because it's convenient for me to send money back home to Philippines. Recently I change employer so I needed to update my account. I've been try to update. Uploading front and back of my IC, taking biometric picture and sending pic of my current address post mail

I’m Singtel Dash User in Singapore and I am now here in Philippine for my one month vacation .My friend in Singapore top up my Singtel Dash account and I received it already .My problem is,the money that my friend send it to me I send it one my recipient and that’s my husband but my husband handphone number change and I didn’t know the he change it that’s why he didn’t receive any notification about the reference number.And I haven’t received any notification from my Singtel dash too because I cannot use my Singapore handphone number here in Philippine.I send the money yesterday.What should I do?Where we can find the reference number to claim the money?
