How hard can it be to set up a live agent chat system for situations like this? *Edit* Had to call in to the hotline to complain before trying for the nth time to register and finally being successful.5yrs ago Singtel is the top 1 in Singapore, data speed faster than other company, now Singtel data speed slower than other, some place will get bad signal.
2. Cant use the app to buy plan with credit (continue button not showing up!), cant add new nets card (unknown error), charged for roaming but cant use/activate... Being forced to use the app instead of any web interface is a pain.I have never encountered an app with this many issues.
