1. 👎 [Can't pay my bill] Error : JBWEB000065: HTTP Status 405 - Request method 'POST' not supported [Using both credit card and enets WhatsApp support is slow and seems to have poor understanding of English ]I was trying to Subscribe to ready roam for Asia, keeps saying Forbidden, but i was able to subscribe 2 months ago.

2. Upon reaching to select singtel store nearby, the app just hanged...not responsive.. I can see the app is showing 40 stores nearby..but the show more click button is not responsive... a billion dollar company cannot do a better app for their customer..Cannot even load how to pay my bill Wake up lar After 2 years, still unable to pay bill.

3. Now getting worse, cannot pay the bill through app or on my pc, reason- "service unavailable", they said they will email me the bill and asked me to pay at AXS, 7-11 or internet banking, really waste my timeHorrible app.

4. Can't even see the bill at all from the first day they switched to so call "e-bill", I have called their support and walked-in outlet also does not help, they can't do anything, only can email me the bill, but the file cannot be opened.

5. I had to call it, wait for more than 40 mins to speak to someone to get help with a waiver, they promised to do part of the waiver and I will see it on the up coning bill and nope, I didn't se any waiver at all.

6. Contacted singtel staff, was being direct here and there, restart handphone, deleted and reinstalled the app, even recreate OnePass account, yet the problem cant be solved.

7. My singtel app always shows " Oops Service unavailable " when i goto bills tab.

8. Just to check your data left for the month and another 10 buttons telling you, you have to leave the app to pay the bill.

9. I don't understand why SingTel can't make a setting to disable roaming data once our data plan has run out, instead asking us to disable it ourselves.

10. Despite logging in to onePass, only my primary account is listed.Trying to book appointment to cancel my mobileshare line.

11. App is heavy and not useful, trying to recontract and ends up trying to force you to sign up for a hunch of things you didn't ask for.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Singtel Issues

1. Fix My Singtel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Singtel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Singtel App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Singtel" » Open My Singtel » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Singtel » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Singtel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Singtel servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Singtel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Singtel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Singtel might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Singtel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Singtel then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Singtel not working


2. Fix My Singtel Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Singtel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Singtel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Singtel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
