If you can't handle customers why allow them to register or waste their precious time.For more than 3 months ,I tried to open the app but error message ,with many calls to customer services and emails with screen shots for the message and until now they didn't fix my problemEnjaz application is totally not working... what happens, enjaz admin/IT support, please rectify.This application needs to be improved.

2. Cannot update IDApp is not working properly, only showing welcome page, please fix it as soon as possibleVery bad application cannot register always internet failure.Today I suddenly went to loing the enjaz bank account but it is not loing.

3. Called them many times, they will tell you okay already bit if you tried again, still the same error.Poor connection error everytime I make a transaction, how many times I tried a transaction but still the same connection error.

4. Please update your apps.Total waste of time, i have trying for 3 days continuously but always it gives ERROR.

5. First few months sending money was okay but after that it keeps on giving errors and check details.

1. Fix Enjaz App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Enjaz App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Enjaz App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Enjaz App" » Open Enjaz App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Enjaz App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Enjaz App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Enjaz App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Enjaz App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Enjaz App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Enjaz App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Enjaz App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Enjaz App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Enjaz App not working

2. Fix Enjaz App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Enjaz App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Enjaz App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Enjaz App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
