1. Now I'm set!!! 1 week later I can't get my watch to syncIt is really annoying!!! App can stop synchronisate your watch in any time, when you unpair it and again try connect - it is impossible!! My phone sees the watch, app - no! And it is not the first time, when I just got it, I tried pair watch with app couple of days.

2. But downloaded what I hoped was a updated App today and to my surprise it synced with this app and was actually able to put details in and it has set the right time so fingers crossed... Watch this space.Has bugs when connecting and updating watch faces from this app but once u get used to how to fix those quirks it's not a bad watch at all.

3. Tried disabling and enabling BT, unpair and pair again, uninstalled and reinstalled app without success, so I'm stumped.This App Has Severe Connection Problems!! When I finally got the app and watch connected they would not stay connected.

4. My only issue is when the watch GPS tracks my running or hiking it will show up in the Activity page but will close the app if you try to click on the map itself.. Other than that it works GREAT!!First week.... Terrible.

5. Would like to have a way to export data and an EKG chart.I have had a watch to work with this app for over 2 years and never been able to get it to work so gave up on it.

6. I have multiple health problems and the data has been fairly accurate (use watch facing inner wrist for most accurate reading).

7. It has been stable, but still no map of hikes...Watch is functional and sleek.

8. I have a 30 dollar watch with 50 faces to choose from but this one only has like 15 total if u include what's on the watch pre-installed.

9. This makes the watch unusable, very disappointing!😞Just started using the app.

10. Was connected for almost a week without any issues, the lost connection and has not been able to re-establishing connection.

11. However, after I started restarting the watch every few hours when I check it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HPlus Issues

1. Fix HPlus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart HPlus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the HPlus App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HPlus" » Open HPlus » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HPlus » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear HPlus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HPlus servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HPlus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check HPlus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HPlus might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall HPlus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HPlus then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HPlus not working


2. Fix HPlus Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HPlus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HPlus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HPlus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
