1. Super annoying.Impossible to sign up misleading and unexplained terms abs after you put in all you needto after45 minutes of guesswork the app hangs itself up and you can't log in or sign up ..an hour lost time.avoid this app and in extention avoid city sports..no membership staff available when you need them.But unable to download the app fix issues.

2. Been leaving feedback via my mobile phone regularly but not fixed.Handling cancelled training sessions definitely could use some improvements App is overall fine until you have to do a trainer initiated session cancelation.

3. So far so good, but what would make it better and more useful is being able to record your workout time, type of workout, calories burned directly in the app when you checked in.

4. I hope that makes sense 😅 other than that, it's all good! When that can be implemented, I'll give it 5 stars!Pretty good app, but there is an "add to calendar" link for appts but no calendar in the app and it does not email you a link or anything either.

5. She scheduled my appointment weekly.Membership Barcode should be on app's home screen! Everyone needs to scan the barcode 99% of the time anyone opens the app.

6. Why isn't it displayed in the very first screen when the app is launched? Embed it in the space where the city's sports gym photo isCannot use contactless check-in.

7. When they remove the session on their end, it's removed from my calendar but the # of "available sessions" to schedule remains the same.

8. There should be great visibility on both client and service side.App is pretty much only good to check in.

9. Tried changing my home club, locating a club (to see hours), seeing classes; nothing worked.

10. WELL I DID!!! Still not able to access my membership card on new device.

11. Says it's because I used on previous decvice and need to log off from that device.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix City Sports Issues

1. Fix City Sports Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart City Sports: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the City Sports App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "City Sports" » Open City Sports » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for City Sports » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear City Sports app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from City Sports servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "City Sports" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check City Sports app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, City Sports might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall City Sports. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall City Sports then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing City Sports not working


2. Fix City Sports Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make City Sports be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to City Sports not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, City Sports may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
