1. Definitely 5 stars for this one!!!!! * * * * *Very accurate! I'm really surprised! Tested pulse several times with app and manually to see if it matched and it did every time! I even stood up a few times to increase my pulse rate and again the app was accurate and got the same result when counting my pulse manually! Don't know how it does it but it does! If it's not accurate for someone else maybe it's their phone or they're not doing it right!Seems accurate when it works (which is most of the time).
2. Also, when it can capture heart rate, it doesnt display them on the graph by date, it just displays them sequentially. There were 2 bugs that were very quickly resolved and should be available as soon as Android accepts the update V.2.8.1. This is a very good app that allows users to control how often the readings are made and has a place to set a high and low heartrate notification.
3. Of course you have to sit still (like with any of these apps).I get that apps need to have ads, but making people sit through a video ad when they're having a health crisis & need to check their heart rate is - not very well thought through.
4. Even though its getting good readings, it cant figure out my heart rate so it just dumps all that data.
5. The Samsung app has gotten bloated, so this is a great alternative if all you want is heart rate.
6. Out of all the heart rate monitoring apps on here, this is the most accurate.
7. It works with either the Samsung built-in heart rate sensor or the flash/camera.
8. Used this app at my doctor's appointment, right after they checked my pulse with their own digital device that goes on the end of your finger, and the app was only one digit off of their own reading, which is actually pretty good IMO.
9. If you need a traveling monitor for those time you don't want to carry your big one from home, use this! It's easy to use and it keeps track of all your results.
10. Sometimes has trouble finding heart rate, and has loud annoying ads in free version.
11. THE AD IS FOR A different heart rate monitor so it is confusing.
