I'm very upset that they have reversed the funds They reimbursed.Good luck trying to reach somebody if anything goes wrong there's no number to call they say they get back to you within an hour but it takes over 8 hours even on messenger on Facebook they won't give their name out every benefit is locked on my app even though I get direct deposit the chat and help section does not work on the app besides that I guess they're all right I mean it works my card works but I just don't like all those important details that I includedI am honored to be the first person to give betterbanking.app a five-star rating.
2. the number on my bank statement is not a working number my paycheck has been sent by employer but not in my account..I got halfway through setting it up and it froze, I closed the app and tried 10 more times but I can't get past the first screen where you put in your mobile number and hit next & it's supposed to send you a text verification code but now it won't do anything, I uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times but still can't get past the first screenWorst app ever!! So disappointed.
3. Customer service is not helpful at all.i only had issue with a few things the option for help or chat inside app wouldn't work and I felt I had to reach out threw Facebook messages and they are not checked alot I keep run into issue they would look into it and don't ever hear anything back.
4. They have outstanding customer service and I for one am glad to have joined such a winning Team.Did what they could to personally help me get my money back when my account was used to charge Uber rides to my Uber account from my Phone that they had stolen.
5. I know firsthand that the team has worked very hard and continues to work very hard to bring on new features and make sure that everything is running the way it should.
6. I have tried contacting support all u get is "we will notify you when we get information."I'm going to uninstall this app.
7. When you put the code, it doesn't move past that screen.
8. They took out 500 dollars from my direct deposit and it never hit my account.
9. Plus the payroll advance has been saying coming soon for a year.
10. It's got a few kinks to work out but hey Rome wasn't built over night.

It seems every time I turn around it's nothing but issues. I do not have access to the help feature in the app nor the chat feature nothing happens when I click on it my safety Nest says it's active but I don't have none of its features it keeps saying waiting for direct deposit which I've already had five paychecks direct deposited on there over $500. I have to reach out through Facebook messages just to get a hold of anybody and even when I do it's not a fast response and they don't do what they say they're going to do I've been waiting and waiting now I'm getting frustrated now my direct deposit has not hit my account I checked with my employer it has sent so now I'm up creek without a paddle my bills are due and I have no way to pay because my money is not there where is my money?
