1. This is not useful at all.The app won't let me login in it keeps stating that there's no internet connection even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well as using mobile data and WiFi to try and access it.It won't let me in at all.
2. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it doesn't work, no internet connection message still shows up.This app is inaccessible.
3. The app doesn't recognize my username and password.The username and password that allows me to access via chrome does not work with the app.
4. I am not able to log in to the app using the same user name and password that work on my desktop machine.
5. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times and it doesn't work.
6. I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and the problem existed with both Android 11 and 12.
7. Is there a known fix or update available?Unable to log in because the App states that there's no internet connection.
8. I changed the password on my Presbyterian account and that did not fix the issue.
9. I then uninstalled and installed the app again same problem.
10. This has been a problem for me for months and I have only just tried to fix it.
11. I thought maybe it had been updated and fixed since those reviews.
