1. App is easy to use and sign up, job selection is decent, facilities are better than others, and the support team is the best.This app and how they go about getting shifts are just awful they need a cut off time u can apply for a shift for the next day at 8am the previous day and never get no information if u was selected or not hours on top of hours thinking you may book a shift so u won't try booking another just in case you get it the facilities really take advantage of this then wonder why you can't get help when people apply they don't have even the professionalism to get back in a timely manner but expect you toEven though i have not started with you but, your company i think is one of the best so far.

2. But so far so good!The dumbest app ever!! Can't log in to your account if you have one & can't sign up but they have all of your personal information & you can't speak with any idiot representatives, I'm trying to log in to delete my information.

1. Fix KARE Heroes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KARE Heroes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KARE Heroes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KARE Heroes" » Open KARE Heroes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KARE Heroes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KARE Heroes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KARE Heroes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KARE Heroes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KARE Heroes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KARE Heroes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KARE Heroes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KARE Heroes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KARE Heroes not working

2. Fix KARE Heroes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KARE Heroes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KARE Heroes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KARE Heroes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
