1. This is basically ripping off clients in the name of creating solution! I definitely wouldn't recommend this for anyone.The app is great in terms of it's seamlessness and the customer service also responds to queries in time, but my problem is...why can't we Nigerians receive funds directly to our bank accounts the same way we send funds to the momo account and other mobile money accounts on non-Bitsika users? Please if this is fixed then this app will be one of the best fintech apps there is, you guys should please look into it, the reason for my rating two stars...Would give 0 stars if it was possible for this app.

2. Had some minor issue about some transaction but talked with the customer care and within just a few minutes they got my money refunded.

1. Fix Bitsika Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bitsika: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bitsika App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bitsika" » Open Bitsika: USDT Visa Cards / P2P » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bitsika » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bitsika: USDT Visa Cards / P2P app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bitsika servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bitsika: USDT Visa Cards / P2P" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bitsika app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bitsika might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bitsika. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bitsika then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bitsika not working

2. Fix Bitsika Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bitsika be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bitsika not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bitsika may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
