1. Why the hell are you taking people money without giving them what they pay for.. please fix this nowBought credits,sent 10 of 20 credits to my Paypal account back in the beginning of April.

2. There is nothing on my Paypal account,still.have sent numerous amounts to be deposited to my paypal and over 6 transactions have never been recieved.

3. I purchased 10 dollars in credit and when I went to go apply it to my PayPal it said I had zero.

4. Also have reached out to the company and no response so how is this legal for someobe to donot a legitimate working service/nor application.

5. i personally have reported it.Dont receive my money from playing games that pay..how or what do i do to receive the money to my paypal acount or is just a rougue to keep playing who should i get in touch with i would sure thank you for your help I am on a fixed income fiqure this would help me pay my bills ...thank you and God Bless you...this is very bad app.I want to send 25$ but it was not working.😡😡Scam, tried to contact support but no answer.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PayMe Issues

1. Fix PayMe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PayMe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PayMe App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PayMe" » Open PayMe » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PayMe » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PayMe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PayMe servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PayMe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PayMe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PayMe might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PayMe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PayMe then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PayMe not working


2. Fix PayMe Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PayMe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PayMe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PayMe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
