And if the app is in the background during a meeting and you bring it up again it shows the srart screen with no way to control the current meeting.For those of you who can't connect since the latest update (7/26/2021) try the following steps: 1) Reinstall this app, 2) Sign in with Email (don't sign in with Zoom), 3) log in with the email and password of your Zoom account.

2. I want to sue this "zoom rooms controller" place for all they have for this nonsense.Whats the point in pairing when there is laod shedding, main pc is off, how can pair mobile device with pc in this situation? It should be standalone app.

3. 4/5 because the "Raise hand" option is buried under 4 menus and is impossible to access quickly, I need that next to the mute button for the way my organization holds Zoom meetings.

4. For what it is, this is a great step forward.chromebook isnt syncing with Huwaei P30 lite ..... which is probably my fault? So I'm resetting up Zoom on Chromebook, come to a halt coz of course cant remember the password.

10. Are you kidding all they needed to do was read and comprehend my issue from the beginning! Not a bunch of emails : ( No they didn't solve my problem unless they're going to purchase a tablet for me ,because that was the end resultThe app is flawed and not fit for practical use.

1. Fix Zoom Rooms Controller Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zoom Rooms Controller: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zoom Rooms Controller App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zoom Rooms Controller" » Open Zoom Rooms Controller » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zoom Rooms Controller » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zoom Rooms Controller app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zoom Rooms Controller servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zoom Rooms Controller" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zoom Rooms Controller app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zoom Rooms Controller might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zoom Rooms Controller. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zoom Rooms Controller then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zoom Rooms Controller not working

2. Fix Zoom Rooms Controller Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zoom Rooms Controller be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
