1. DropBox and OneDrive work perfectly in this regard, Datto Workplace for Android is virtually unusable.Can't zoom in on documents.

2. I am using this app on a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.used to work great but now crashes every time I open it.

3. Workplace has been great for our business but it's so frustrating not getting access to what we need remotely.Was great but crashes when I try to open it now.

4. When opening word or excel document I am unable to edit them it prompts to install MS Office Apps even though they are already installed.

1. Fix Datto Workplace Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Datto Workplace: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Datto Workplace App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Datto Workplace" » Open Datto Workplace » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Datto Workplace » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Datto Workplace app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Datto Workplace servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Datto Workplace" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Datto Workplace app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Datto Workplace might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Datto Workplace. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Datto Workplace then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Datto Workplace not working

2. Fix Datto Workplace Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Datto Workplace be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Datto Workplace not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Datto Workplace may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
