1. So I no longer have access.Can't close down the app when pressing the back button on my phone have to press the menu button, also have uploaded work but never received it, spent hours doing the work for it not to update and save!Totally useless all my courses that i spent a lot of time doing for work and my certificates are totally gone since they upgraded the system so i have got to start again after a year what a shambles please avoidGodawful, loses my progress, have to repeat the training so many times.

The slow pace means I struggle to retain the information, because by the time Im allowed to move onto the next slide, I've disconnected and zoned out, or I'm at the beginning of a meltdown from the frustration of how slow it all is.Appears to provide link to each course that then loads on devices default browser, which didn't load properly causing an endless loop and almost no progress through modules.

3. The only time I got the code was wheni emailed supportLuck of the draw Sometimes works sometimes not Have missed multiple training sessions as won't connect.

4. Do I have to keep asking for a code to log in or do I have to keep changing my password all the time I do the training.

5. It's time consuming when I wait for days just to a code through your app - I need to get going to complete the training.

6. Disgusting app.It's not helping at all - I'm not progressing - I fail to log in with same details I registered with - when I go to trouble shooting I don't get the code on time.

7. I installed it and tried to reset my password, but i never got any code to reset it after trying all the day.

8. I bet the company I work for have wasted a disgusting amount of money for this.

9. Found much easier to use my usual preferred browser to access via company website rather than use this app, sorry have uninstalled.

10. Tried to use again recently and still app is terrible!Wont load more than the first 2 questions of a few of the modules.

11. My password was saved so I didn't have to remember it but since update that has changed and I can't remember my password.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix eLearning FOR YOU Issues

  3. Clear eLearning FOR YOU app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eLearning FOR YOU servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eLearning FOR YOU" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check eLearning FOR YOU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eLearning FOR YOU might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall eLearning FOR YOU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eLearning FOR YOU then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing eLearning FOR YOU not working


2. Fix eLearning FOR YOU Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make eLearning FOR YOU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
