1. This would be tolerable if there was an option to delete mistake drives, which seems like a pretty standard basic function, but there is no option to delete a drive if it's been automatically categorized.

2. THAT'S customer SERVICE.Well, if you're using the free version, be forewarned.. this app likes to split up single drives into multiple drives for no apparent reason.

3. It misses some drives even though I have power saving turned off, have it excluded from task killers, and follow recommended drive detection settings.

4. I don't need that notification, I know it's tracking my drives, that's why I bought it.

5. Other than that it seems to do what I need just not 100% comfortable providing 5☆ on it.YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO MANUALLY STOP A DRIVE! Let me reiterate.

6. If I wanted to do that why would I pay for their app? Terrible service.It keeps joining drives together, so instead of a long series of 3 to 5 mile drives, it'll end up showing just a couple 50 or 60 mile drives.

7. Now, it gives me a full time/constant notification that it is tracking my drives.

8. This past weekend I drove to and from work for 3 days and it came up as i think it was 9 drives instead of 6.

9. After blowing through several apps, and even paying for accounting software that claimed to do mileage tracking, this app has been the only one that accurately catches all of my trips and doesn't randomly shut off until I turn it off.

11. HOWEVER, sometimes, you need to be able to tell it, "I'm at my destination, COMPLETE THE DRIVE RIGHT NOW" People switch vehicles...it's a thing that happens.

1. Fix Mileage Tracker & Log Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mileage Tracker & Log: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mileage Tracker & Log App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mileage Tracker & Log" » Open Mileage Tracker & Log - MileIQ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mileage Tracker & Log » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mileage Tracker & Log - MileIQ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mileage Tracker & Log servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mileage Tracker & Log - MileIQ" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mileage Tracker & Log app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mileage Tracker & Log might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mileage Tracker & Log. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mileage Tracker & Log then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mileage Tracker & Log not working
