I am well aware of potential risks but a rooted Android device with latest security patches is not intrinsically less secure than any desktop computer with Windows or LinuxApp stopped opening completely from one day to the other leaving me without bank account... Can't login on the web because it's sending a confirmation to the phone where the app doesn't open anymore.. clearly a joke and not a reliable solution for businessDetects my Lineageos device as rooted which it is not.

No way to configure second authentication factor to work with OTP or hardware keys like Yubikey.This bank is not reliable, my account was block for many months , i did all they ask but my account is still block I told them go allow me take out my money from the account but till now nothing, seems the bank is not a real bank my 7740 euro is still in that account till now, don't fall for their scamFantastic experience so far.

3. Get it! I moved my 3 companies to Penta cause the Customer Service is incredible and the product excellent.The app doesn't allow to make screenshots of MY account on MY phone.

1. Fix Penta Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Penta: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Penta App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Penta" » Open Penta – Business Banking App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Penta » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Penta – Business Banking App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Penta servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Penta – Business Banking App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Penta app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Penta might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Penta. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Penta then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Penta not working

2. Fix Penta Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Penta be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Penta not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Penta may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
