    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yandex Go: Taxi Food Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Yandex Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yandex Go might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Yandex Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yandex Go then reinstall.
