They bind their drivers' bank cards to the system and when one pays with the card the fee is transferred to their bank cards immediately.I sent a document through yandex go taxi the person hasn't receive the document have send report email no reply...the taxi guy I cannot reach him because the number he dropped is not correct I was suppose to pay with the number he gave trying to pay with the number through my bank app, that was how I find out the number is not correct 😕😕😕 even the number on the app too is not correct.

3. Clear Yandex Go: Taxi Food Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yandex Go servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yandex Go: Taxi Food Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yandex Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yandex Go might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yandex Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yandex Go then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yandex Go not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yandex Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
