1. I don't get distracted by ads, the app shows the shortest ways to get from one point to the other and time required for that, and it's very useful! Also I have the English language set in my phone, but names in Russian are hard to read in English, so, as a native Russian, I'm fully satisfied with the function of changing the map's language.

2. 😕 500 character limitThis app stopped my phone working properly - when I set my phone to "don't display notifications on the lock screen", no sound notifications came through on the lock screen either, yet when I uninstalled this app, the sound notifications did come through on the lock screen.

3. As Russia's population ages important to think about people with bad eyesight 2) Unlike Google maps, I Cannot copy and paste locations like with Google maps as easily.

4. With Google you can copy and paste the names of places with yandex maps you cannot.

5. That being said, a few notes: the station exits function is shown in Russian (i can understand most of it, but i expect it to show in english).

8. I contacted yandex and they told me to uninstall and reinstall it and then I realised it is a problem with my phone not appI got a trouble with this app.

1. Fix Yandex Metro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yandex Metro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yandex Metro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yandex Metro" » Open Yandex Metro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yandex Metro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yandex Metro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yandex Metro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yandex Metro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yandex Metro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yandex Metro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yandex Metro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yandex Metro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yandex Metro not working

2. Fix Yandex Metro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yandex Metro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yandex Metro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yandex Metro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
