1. got more room for improvementHopeless service..I request for refund.They inform me in their record show increase of order and new user.That is inside their record.And they did mention they only consider refund if none order coming in.So the reason i request for refund is due to non order coming in at all.Dont compare with other driver...Hello !!!!Great Apps... affordable fares... but need to improve on the tracking of the driver/car upon arrival...very confusion using!!! especially put location...pls update on google map and recruit more driverno driver available (from KLCC for exemple) doubt in safety and not friendly-using app.

2. 0 star not oneWaited a long time at HUKM but no notification on availability and later the apps shut off itself without nobody cancel it 😠The driver was not come! No contact details to call.

3. i requested for a driver and it got accepted after an hour of trying just to get cancelled bc the driver "couldn't" pick me up 😂 also i can't see the type of car and where is the driver coming from.

4. Not helping!!!Always server error... Can't use this apps.. hope this can fix.Bad app.
