Why should I report an Issue with Moovit: Bus & Train Schedules?

1. Now it's donkey sh!sh! Go Google and save yourself the headache and intrusive ads...I LOVED Moovit!!! I am giving this review a one star, hoping it will catch the attention of someone and figure out the bug ruining the app serving Hanoi, Vietnam.

2. I definitely recommend Moovit.There are ads every time you want to look at your options for routes, and if you switch between apps and back to Moovit, you're greeted with another ad.

3. I would not pay so much for a app that is quite hard to get use and has plenty of software issues and bugs.The times are pretty accurate..... however I can't get an accurate direction..... I'm on the uptown side of the street, and the app is giving me directions for the downtown side, with no options to change.

1. Fix Moovit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Moovit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Moovit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Moovit" » Open Moovit: Bus & Train Schedules » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Moovit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Moovit: Bus & Train Schedules app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Moovit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Moovit: Bus & Train Schedules" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Moovit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Moovit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Moovit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Moovit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Moovit not working

2. Fix Moovit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Moovit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Moovit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Moovit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
