Why should I report an Issue with Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps?

I don't know if there's some form of compatibility issue or what, but no maps will download, on any sort of internet, they get stuck in que and that's all the further it goes, please fix this, I'd much rather use this, but if it doesn't work, I'll have to dind something else.Lately, the app has been schizophrenic.

2. If one sends feedback or raises an issue via emails one gets a computer generated response that has truly nothing related to one's issue, and it's a circular non response, seemingly designed to delay or avoid having someone actually have to respond to the issue.

3. Please make it available on the web.Some things that would be nice, first, it would be helpful if it showed the turn after next along with the distance so you have an idea how high to prioritize lane selection in the next turn.

4. Second, it would be very helpful if it showed exit numbers and street names earlier for the next turn.

5. The biggest issue with this app is the route creation where the app starts a simulation randomly and when you cancel it, you loose your route.

6. It is crazy that the app still doesn’t show destination arrival time in destination time zone even when restarting app in destination time zone.

7. I spend a lot of time verifying roads, addresses, street signage, etc for my county, OSM, and input some to Gmaps.

8. Calimoto has the possibility to do this on the browser on the PC and is much more simpler, while Sygic you have to do it on the phone only and is very time consuming and has errors.

9. Sticking with other options for now.Update: Unfortunately, after updating the sound settings, the voice directions played over HFP do not work.

10. When I searched for a store, Sygic "found" a location that closed 6 years ago.

11. Another thing that would be helpful is showing how busy the destination is, I still end up on Google often.

1. Fix Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps" » Open Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
