1. After lot of messaging with Customer care the issue didn't get resolved and at the end I had to pay the already paid money.I had an issue with my trip.
2. Cancelation and refund are easy and quick, but sometimes, driver after driver cancel the trip and you end up waiting a lot.
3. App requires a CPF (Brazilians only) or a credit card (non Brazilians), but the app always freezes and says the server is too busy when I try to add mine to my profile.
4. I can't even bring my shopping packages safety.The app asks your facial recognition everytime on the name of security, where other similar apps never ask you the same.
5. Randomly doesn't accept credit cards (even though it accepted the card before and will again after) so you have to use cash.App is OK.
6. If you can manage to get a ride, it works pretty well, from what I remember, although it could still improve.I miss the feature to choose the car type.
7. Can't use the app anymore and neither the chat or reclameaqui will give me any further explanation.Often has lower prices, but that's pointless since it never works anymore.
8. This has happened repeatedly and without exception over a period of months.Some of the addresses for businesses you choose aren't correct and the app is very finicky.
9. The previous ride driver was mischievous and informed the app that I didn't pay him.
10. Uber works just fine.I've been blocked as a passenger for no reason whatsoever.
11. Paypal and credit card does not work.
