2. (there are only 2 people who support for all the courriers, the same 2 names appear in all courrier's app... I have sent a message to the support since 10 days, and yet no answer..Worst support system ever As a delivery driver I try to contact support in emergency situation but they respond the next day ...Developers did everything so company would pay you as little as possible! App freezes or crashes or gives error as soon as you about to go on planned slot or deliver to a client or pick up order.

You spend your time and fuel to a location, call the clients and he tells you you are rather at a wrong location.It's a good app though but I have three suggestions I need you to look at to entice drivers onto the platform, because the more cars available the higher the patronage and the more drivers the less pick-up time.

Sometimes when you are going to pick the passenger, nearly to the place or the point of destination, he or she sometimes cancel the trip.He or she has wasted your fuel without payment.So my suggestion is that, kindly find a way to charge those people.Then also the price of some distances are very cheap.

5. always difficult to start a trip... takes forever for a trip to start..and that inconveniences the driver..so sometimes we move the car and keep pressing the touch buttom for the trip to start.

6. please work seriously on the app... perfect navigation system but the response generally is slow..The fact is, the team of Yandex are doing well.

7. You can move for ten kilometres and receive 10 Ghana cedis.Pls rise up a bit.Bad rounds aheadGreat app but it's really frustrating when orders come and the app sends you to a completely different location from where the rider actually is.

8. the support section for the courriers in Yandex pro in Armenia is useless.
