Why should I report an Issue with Argo - Boating Navigation?

1. Now to get the program to run on less powerful android machines, works great on my Samsung x 3 flip phone but totally hangs on my Samsung Active Tab 2 and that's the Tablet we use on our work boats as it works in a bright outside marine environment.

2. This app has the works for boaters; Captains Logs(!), friend messaging, maps, weather, tide, nav, AND A SOCIAL feed! App freezes in feedback page.

3. While most of my boating is within cell phone range, there are dead spots and losing signal at the wrong times makes the app's usability limited.

1. Fix Argo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Argo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Argo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Argo" » Open Argo - Boating Navigation » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Argo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Argo - Boating Navigation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Argo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Argo - Boating Navigation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Argo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Argo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Argo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Argo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Argo not working

2. Fix Argo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Argo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Argo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Argo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
