Easy Report Customer Insights
1. I wanted to generate a simple text report on the graphics currently stored in one of the folders on my card — nothing forensic, just their names and maybe their dimensions — and this is a full DATABASE program for Excel.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Easy Report Issues
1. Fix Easy Report Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Easy Report: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Easy Report App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Easy Report" » Open Easy Report - Photo reports » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Easy Report » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Easy Report - Photo reports app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Easy Report servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Easy Report - Photo reports" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Easy Report app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Easy Report might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Easy Report. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Easy Report then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Easy Report not working
2. Fix Easy Report Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Easy Report be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Easy Report not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Easy Report may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
