1. Unfortunately on a regular basis it gives the 402 error still and there is a need to uninstall and then reinstall.I'm using izettle till system since almost 3 years for my cafe...I struggle with it since day one I didn't change it due to technical issues however I seriously considering to change it my advice is that if you are searching for epos system consider izettle as last option.Have not been able to use for the past month on Android.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iZettle Pro Reports Issues

1. Fix iZettle Pro Reports Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iZettle Pro Reports: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iZettle Pro Reports App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iZettle Pro Reports" » Open iZettle Pro Reports » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iZettle Pro Reports » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iZettle Pro Reports app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iZettle Pro Reports servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iZettle Pro Reports" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iZettle Pro Reports app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iZettle Pro Reports might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iZettle Pro Reports. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iZettle Pro Reports then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iZettle Pro Reports not working
