This app needs to make use more efficient.Since the update I am tired of telling the app it cannot have my location all the time this needs to be removed and it's possible that it may be a violation of Google play store which I will reach out to since this app is continually asking for permissions I have said no too.Extremely buggy which is terrible for anyone who is on time sensitive patrols.

2. Your latest update looks to fixed some issues on android and thays nice and all but get rid of the "allow location when not in use" notification request ever single time I go to wake up my screen.

For a function this simple, you would expect a small efficient app but this is ridiculous.Google Pixel 6 pro: Turning off the screen or exiting to the home screen requires the app to manually restarted if you want it to work properly, otherwise it's stuck trying to process your location and the tag you just scanned.

4. Flush it.Not a fan This program needs; Batch photo submission, i hace to submit several pics per violation and it takes forever, Memory / save function for tour tracker like it has for all other reports, if the app crashes all tour points are erased.

5. The app will also request permissions for access every time u open it, slowing down use.

6. Was this app made in someone's bombed out basement in serbia? Was it even made using a computer? Or did you guys just pound your forheads against a keyboard for a week until something came about? The website on mobile is best described as non-functional.

7. Rather inconvenient to be frank, it constantly kicks you out whenever you open up other apps (like to clock in and out) and it falls out of sink with GPS often enough to be a problem when patrolling.

8. Truly amazing!!!Recent update removed biometric verification for logging in, slowing down use.

9. Cant zoom in, cant change column size, cant remove the 3 DUPLICATE guards in the system, Cant do this, cant do that.

10. Update also removed the ability to have the light automatically come on at a scan during a scanning tour.

1. Fix OfficerReports Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OfficerReports: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OfficerReports App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OfficerReports" » Open OfficerReports » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OfficerReports » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OfficerReports app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OfficerReports servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OfficerReports" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OfficerReports app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OfficerReports might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OfficerReports. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OfficerReports then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OfficerReports not working

2. Fix OfficerReports Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OfficerReports be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OfficerReports not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
