1. You can import contacts I believe but it also saves the number you previously faxed to so that is convenient and it emails you a confirmation to keep in your files.Awesome app, very user friendly! I've sent a few faxes so far, & they all went through just fine! They allow you the first 10 pages for free, and then just 20¢ per page after that.

2. You even receive notification it went thru successfully! So convenient for having to send faxes every once in awhile for free!Well it seemed good, but they don't tell you that if you're facing to what they consider a "high rate destination" each page of your document counts as 2 pages.

1. Fix Fax.Plus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fax.Plus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fax.Plus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fax.Plus" » Open Fax.Plus - Send Fax from Phone » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fax.Plus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fax.Plus - Send Fax from Phone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fax.Plus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fax.Plus - Send Fax from Phone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fax.Plus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fax.Plus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fax.Plus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fax.Plus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fax.Plus not working

2. Fix Fax.Plus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fax.Plus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fax.Plus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
