1. And before you ask about connection, yes my connection is fine.Hi Mobile apps team , I'm using latest version but now Unable to login ,error: wrong username password.No issue login via web.only mobile apps have this issue.

2. If am floorwalker I want the app to work without having to use my exchange server for email notifications! Sort it out for the next update please.

10. I don't have certificate server not want to buy SSL for the app on the WLAN so why not support plain old http please.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix IT HelpDesk Issues

1. Fix IT HelpDesk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart IT HelpDesk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the IT HelpDesk App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IT HelpDesk" » Open IT HelpDesk - ServiceDesk Plus » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IT HelpDesk » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear IT HelpDesk - ServiceDesk Plus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IT HelpDesk servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IT HelpDesk - ServiceDesk Plus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check IT HelpDesk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IT HelpDesk might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall IT HelpDesk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IT HelpDesk then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IT HelpDesk not working


2. Fix IT HelpDesk Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IT HelpDesk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IT HelpDesk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IT HelpDesk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
