6. in comparison to the Desktop Central app which is visually appealing and strong with functionality, this app needs to much work to get it to competitor equivalents like FreshService, SysAid, ServiceNow.

10. I don't have certificate server not want to buy SSL for the app on the WLAN so why not support plain old http please.
