1. You can't create a folder and often fails to create or even view albulms! If you hide certain pictures inside of an album it completely hides the entire albulm.

2. So I went exploring...I then discovered that the app has the similar photos option which, is one heck of a Time saver & relieves me & my wife of an enormous amount of frustration!I love those callage maker the most out of any I've tried this far.

3. Also, you can set up a passcode but the access to the SD card doesn't work for the "Hide" option and when you tap "Grant Access" nothing happens and the screen locks so you can't choose "Cancel".

4. I soon realized, it wasn't moving the pictures because of SD card permissions, but deleted the originals anyway.

5. This app lost so many of my pictures!! When you transfer a photo into another folder it sometimes erases it and you can lose your pics.

6. Tried move pictures into new folders and checked the box to delete pictures after moving them.

7. It should only hide the pictures not the whole freaking album! There are some other annoyances but I forget what they were as I'm very tired right now.

8. First Selecting the Memory Card then just Select then all of a sudden your photos will be Deleted or Transferred to your memory card.Really annoying ads.

9. It would be nice if the DCIM Camera folder would always show at the top above the Gallery Albums.Lacks certain essential functions.

10. Even after switching to Samsung and Tecno phones, I continued to install this gallery app instead of relying on their built-in options.I like the app, it has the things that I'm looking for that aren't available in the stock MIUI gallery app.

11. I guess the other one thing I would enjoy from it would be to easily use different numbers of pictures & them show evenly.

1. Fix Photo Gallery & Album Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photo Gallery & Album: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photo Gallery & Album App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photo Gallery & Album" » Open Photo Gallery & Album » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photo Gallery & Album » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photo Gallery & Album app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo Gallery & Album servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photo Gallery & Album" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photo Gallery & Album app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photo Gallery & Album might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photo Gallery & Album. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photo Gallery & Album then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photo Gallery & Album not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photo Gallery & Album be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
