1. It would be great if the problem was fixed don't really want to lose all those photos, especially since they are very important to me.I have been using the all for 4 months fine, yesterday when importing pictures, the app took forever to import and after restarting all my photos are gone! I have tried to reinstall the application no success, I have emailed the issue but me issue is not solved please help meI loved the app before.... But suddenly it's got struccked and not opening 😭😭after importing my all photos ... Now I can't open the app... If I try it's keep stooping and telling to report after reporting it's automatically closes the app.. Pls help me i have connected with google account to just help to get back my photos it's really important 🙏🙏I dont know how tilm few days ago everything was good.

Now I have no way of getting those drawings back simply because the app refuses to allow me to create an account to get the premium features.I have been using the all for 3 months fine, yesterday when importing pictures, the app took forever to import and after restarting all my photos are gone! All the photos are very important to me😠🤬😠😠🤬The app is great, I hide what ever I want to hide even videos and the most nicest and astonishing part of the whole story is that when you delete a file it will not go out of the app or less you confirm it by deleting from the recycling bin like PC wow... I enjoy the app I mean everything about it.

4. I have saved all my important pictures in this app yet,they are working but I m afraid of being vanished of my photos,as it has already happened with most of this app users.Really waste.

5. Edit: The developer has contacted me via email, hopefully this can be resolved so I can change my review to 5 stars since the application is nice to useIt's been a day that I'm facing a problem while logging in my mail to this app.

6. Kindly look into the matter and sort it out.I would give this 5 stars, but when I downloaded the app today and was importing all of my important pictures, there wasn't a single photo inside any of the albums.

7. I tried to create an account, but it kept telling me login failed.

1. Fix Gallery Lock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gallery Lock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gallery Lock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gallery Lock" » Open Gallery Lock -Lock Photo&Video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gallery Lock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gallery Lock -Lock Photo&Video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gallery Lock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gallery Lock -Lock Photo&Video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gallery Lock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gallery Lock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gallery Lock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gallery Lock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gallery Lock not working

2. Fix Gallery Lock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gallery Lock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gallery Lock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gallery Lock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
