1. My phone didn't come with its own gallery,this is the 1st time so I've been trying different apps and most of them have hundreds of adds or rubbish editing this one is great,I can have separate albums for all my pictures,a hidden one of needed and it allows me to edit and print everything I need.

2. Worth testing out if you're curious or are looking for a gallery app with more options in use, appearance, password protection and some more.After the updare my picture are only in the bottom right corner and can't see the whole picture.

3. It even had a Recycle bin, which was wonderful! However, after its last update a few days ago it started having all sort of problems: I can't see full pictures anymore, just 1/4 of the picture for some strange reason, it shows errors and it also contains ads at the bottom of the app.

4. Anyone have a suggestions?This is the best Ad free 3rd party gallery app ever! It lets you create new folders to move all your pictures and videos in and sort them in whatever way you love.

5. Now the app doesn't work well (sometimes it starts cutting off the pictures, only showing top left quarter of the image in the bottom right quarter of the screen) which takes a reinstall to fix.

6. seamless, dark mode, thumbnails, options, options, seamless under android.Used to be a great app, then the update happened and now can only see ¼ the image in the lower right corner and no matter what you do, you cannot fix it.

7. Thanks for turning a wonderful thing into something that cannot be used.So Far, Really Good! Helped me organize, sort and find hidden files in my library I didn't know about.

8. I really like the layout and various options in this app over the default Gallery that comes with my phone.

9. Back to the bottom right with only a small portion of the picture showing.... I sent them and email and a Screen shot.... Still waiting.

10. So sad!!! I'm currently looking for a new Gallery App.Since the new Androids don't come with a Gallery and instead have Google Photos, I decided to download this app.

1. Fix Gallery Ad Free Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gallery Ad Free: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gallery Ad Free App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gallery Ad Free" » Open Gallery Ad Free » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gallery Ad Free » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gallery Ad Free app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gallery Ad Free servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gallery Ad Free" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gallery Ad Free app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gallery Ad Free might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gallery Ad Free. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gallery Ad Free then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gallery Ad Free not working

2. Fix Gallery Ad Free Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gallery Ad Free be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gallery Ad Free not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gallery Ad Free may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
