1. My phone didn't come with its own gallery,this is the 1st time so I've been trying different apps and most of them have hundreds of adds or rubbish editing this one is great,I can have separate albums for all my pictures,a hidden one of needed and it allows me to edit and print everything I need.

2. Worth testing out if you're curious or are looking for a gallery app with more options in use, appearance, password protection and some more.After the updare my picture are only in the bottom right corner and can't see the whole picture.

3. It even had a Recycle bin, which was wonderful! However, after its last update a few days ago it started having all sort of problems: I can't see full pictures anymore, just 1/4 of the picture for some strange reason, it shows errors and it also contains ads at the bottom of the app.

1. Fix Gallery Ad Free Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gallery Ad Free: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gallery Ad Free App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gallery Ad Free" » Open Gallery Ad Free » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gallery Ad Free » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gallery Ad Free app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gallery Ad Free servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gallery Ad Free" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gallery Ad Free app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gallery Ad Free might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gallery Ad Free. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gallery Ad Free then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gallery Ad Free not working

2. Fix Gallery Ad Free Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gallery Ad Free be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gallery Ad Free not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gallery Ad Free may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
