I am looking for important results and this is really frustrating and inconvenient.I would love to give this a higher rating as it's very useful for having easy access to my medical information and such, but it's incredibly frustrating that I regularly have to uninstall and reinstall the app because it won't open if I forget to sign out before I close the app.

Have cleared cache, cleared data, and even uninstalled/reinstalled (including repeating all of those steps right now, on 10/25/2020 with the most recent version that was supposed to resolve the problem), but it gets stuck on the screen with a stethoscope and a spinning circle (the screen that appears after entering your log-in information, while log-in is happening), and will go no further.
3. After typing in a message to my doctor numerous times and having it fail after pushing send, I gave up and am going to call him on the phone.This version is so much better than the old version.
4. great app, the UI and UX could be updated a bit with easier navigation, more intuitive interface, more depth in the lab results with better explanations of the categories, what they mean, and if the results were great, good, bad, etc.
5. When I contacted tech support, they made the assumption that I was waiting for covid results, and told me to check back in a couple days.
6. It is stressful because I can't message my provider when I need to because the app won't open and there isn't an alternative website to use.
7. I enter my information in correctly but it keeps taking me back to the first screen where I have to click login.
8. I called tech support and was told that the recent Android 11 update broke the app and that this will be fixed in the next release.
9. When trying to log in, if I don't get a blank notification from My health+ it will just sit on the blue screen with a stethoscope graphic.
10. Now I can't schedule an appointment with my primary care provider because it says she isn't accepting new patients, but I've been seeing her for a year.
11. Overall, it gets the job done, but definitely a legacy outdated UI compared to othersI have been using the app as well as the website for many years.
