1. The login requires you to read the privacy terms but the link to their site either isn't registering or it doesn't realize you've actually read the terms and conditions, creating an endless loop of never being able to login.Frustrating navigation, doesnt conform to Android normal navigation motions.

2. I wish Dignity Health would bite the bullet and ditch Cerner for EPIC.After some new updates, it doesn't seem to have consolidated any updated information such an upcoming appointment into the newest version of the app.

3. You need to go back to Dignity main patient portal screen in order to see the upcoming appointment.Works sometimes, never when you want it to.

4. Once I get to the patient portal dashboard, it doesn't show my upcoming appointment.

5. For example, every time I log in, there's the error code 400 screen popping up.

6. Very frustrating, I open the app and it shows a loading screen but it takes forever to get to the login screen.

7. Bypassing the error screen, it makes us select a healthcare service region.

8. I called their technical support and have been waiting since December began to access my information.Reinstalled app.

9. Strange...When attempting to access portions of my record, I am redirected to an error pagelet.

10. update 3/29/19... for some reason, the first attempt at entering my password fails EVERY time.

11. The records shown as available are absent so it just send me back to this error page.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix my portal. Issues

1. Fix my portal. Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  3. Clear my portal. by Dignity Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from my portal. servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "my portal. by Dignity Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check my portal. app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, my portal. might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall my portal.. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall my portal. then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing my portal. not working


2. Fix my portal. Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make my portal. be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to my portal. not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, my portal. may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
