1. I've been using it almost 2 years and love that i can message my Doctor and its her that's responding and not someone else.I have tried to open my portal 5 times I have downloaded and uninstalled so many times and it still won't work what is the point?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!!App worked well enough, but Mosaic is the worst medical provider we've ever had up in our area.Easy to investigate anything I need to know about my appointments, instructions before any visits and easy to contact my doctor in a timely manner.

2. Most recent update will not allow the app to load at all - it pops up a message barely long enough to be able to see, that says something about Google Play notifications, then it goes blank and shows that it's loading but nothing happens after that.Won't let me open up my lab results, just keeps loading and loading then goes right back to the home page.

3. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it...still a hunk of junk!Great way to keep up with my appointments and view my records.

4. I've had this app for years, uts never been that great, but now it doesn't load at all.

5. I have deleted it and reinstalled it and it's STILL NOT WORKING!!Worked twice, and then it doesn't work at all.

6. Previous update would not allow me to download reports on my phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix myMosaic Portal Issues

1. Fix myMosaic Portal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart myMosaic Portal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the myMosaic Portal App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myMosaic Portal" » Open myMosaic Portal » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myMosaic Portal » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear myMosaic Portal app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myMosaic Portal servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myMosaic Portal" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check myMosaic Portal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myMosaic Portal might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall myMosaic Portal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myMosaic Portal then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myMosaic Portal not working


2. Fix myMosaic Portal Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myMosaic Portal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myMosaic Portal not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myMosaic Portal may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
