1. See my initial reveiw below: 👇🏿 "Far too regularly I try to access the functions on the app but once it gets to the first screen after clicking the open button nothing works and I have to revert to the MyPay website via computer."When i first downloaded the app it was great.

2. It's a shame because the app was/is a faster way for Soldiers to access MyPay and check or print their LES The app was working great until last week.

3. So frustrating that someone has a great idea and only half-butt peforms it.Sometimes it works, most of the time you cant get past the first page.

4. This typically isn't a huge deal in most cases, but MyPay has a password character requirement, can't match any previous passwords, must be changed on a regular basis, require a capital letter, special character, and numbers.

5. I suggest they update their app to fix the bugs.It works 50% of the time and it's great "When it works".

6. I change my assessment, MyPay function loads once in a while, sometimes after a reinstall but not all the time.

7. USArmy / USGov when u decided to correct the mishap of this app I will re-install it on my phone.Once upon a time, the app worked.

8. PLEASE FIX IT!!!I use this at work and if by some chance I get to look at it with my phone or laptop I can't! So since this has been this way for about 4mos I went ahead and Uninstalled it.

1. Fix DFAS Info2Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DFAS Info2Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DFAS Info2Go App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DFAS Info2Go" » Open DFAS Info2Go » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DFAS Info2Go » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DFAS Info2Go app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DFAS Info2Go servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DFAS Info2Go" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DFAS Info2Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DFAS Info2Go might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DFAS Info2Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DFAS Info2Go then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DFAS Info2Go not working

2. Fix DFAS Info2Go Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DFAS Info2Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DFAS Info2Go not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DFAS Info2Go may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
