1. Also you have to input the code text to you every time because it does not save IP addresses.My large company just partnered with privacy armor, offering this service to its associates at a reasonable fee.

2. Changing over to list view again doesn't tell me what's new, just lists all sites in alphabetical orderSeriously? When setting up the app, they sent a code, I entered it in, all good.

3. On pixel 5 and 6, checking the box to use biometrics results in an error after entering the 2fa code sent by text.

4. I will change rating/review when updated.App doesn't recognize correct login, and forgets finger print which makes it very inconvenient to use.

5. I get alerts saying 'we found new activity/accounts', and then when I log in to take a look, those alerts don't bother telling me which accounts were new, they just show me that globe view they're so proud of (pretty, but absolutely worthless).

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "InfoArmor Identity Protection" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check InfoArmor Identity Protection app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, InfoArmor Identity Protection might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall InfoArmor Identity Protection. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall InfoArmor Identity Protection then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing InfoArmor Identity Protection not working
