Double Eagle Customer Insights

1. When I tried signing up for an account it tells me "Last name must be between 3 and 30 characters long".Every time I get a notification from the app I click on it and it says "Conversation has been deleted."Created two profiles, but am unable to log in because of authentication.

2. Now I can access everything in one place.Cannot login at all as app freezes and never sends an authentication email.Freezes my phone.

3. Contacted the email address for assistance twice with no response.It is missing a "Make it Better" section in the APP for suggestions and improvements.

4. Would be extremely useful for reservists if it included an app format for tour of duty/mobcopEdit: I'm able to edit my name properly after creating am account.

5. How do you request a new authentication email?Great App! Really excited to put it to use.

6. Missing ability to see information input into subordinates leaderbook for two levels down.

7. Also missing ability to input leaders book information for oneself.

8. I did not get email to authenticate the email address, but I got one for resetting password.

9. Personalized PT plans (and results sharing) for PT Failures could be useful.Can't sign in.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Double Eagle Issues

1. Fix Double Eagle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Double Eagle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Double Eagle App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Double Eagle" » Open Double Eagle » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Double Eagle » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Double Eagle app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Double Eagle servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Double Eagle" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Double Eagle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Double Eagle might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Double Eagle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Double Eagle then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Double Eagle not working


2. Fix Double Eagle Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Double Eagle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Double Eagle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Double Eagle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
