1. I hope the creator listens to all theor audience's concerns and issues.No way to calibrate touch and the screen is cutoff without showing the bottom quarter.

2. Very helpful for getting more info and situational awareness out of what you see.This app is awesome, will get 5th star as soon as its updated with North Korean, Russian, and Iranian vehicles and equipment.

3. Bottom portion of the screen is cut off and aspect ratio is wrong.Aspect ratio and UI doesn't work well on Note10.

4. Thanks for a great learning tool!This app has so many glitches and it doesn't allow me to download any DLCs as well.

5. A good handheld WEG would be super useful.Really happy to see this app, great idea and concept that directly applies to what I do.

6. "Long Range Surveillance"This is perfect solution for Soliders to review and train on vehicle identification however the app is flawed and will not allow the DLC to properly download.

1. Fix EquipID Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EquipID: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EquipID App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EquipID" » Open EquipID » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EquipID » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EquipID app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EquipID servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EquipID" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EquipID app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EquipID might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EquipID. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EquipID then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EquipID not working

2. Fix EquipID Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EquipID be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EquipID not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EquipID may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
