Why should I report an Issue with FAX - Send Fax from Phone?

1. Maybe a different app but not this one❗Why do you guys keep telling people to send you feedback through the app when that feature doesn't work either?!! Absolutely awful!! If you try to cancel the subscription it won't work and they will charge you $90 for a useless app that doesn't work!! And drag you through countless of emails that don't help either!!This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an app.

2. God bless.BEWARE! The app worked for sending my faxes, but when I went to cancel the subscription several days before the free trial ended, I received an email that seemed like it was confirmation of cancellation.

3. I originally tried the app and liked it but only sent 1 fax so I thought I would end the free trial and if we had to start faxing more things for work I would pay for the subscription but I absolutely wont do it now.

4. Please note that you need to cancel the subscription 24 hours before the end of the free trial period.

5. Sent emails to both Google and Fax Support, and they just point the finger to one another.Technical Issues Galore & not very user friendly!! In fact, I never even got to "TRY IT" during the "Trial Period".

6. Then once I was done and ready to send it failed to send on top of telling me I needed to upgrade my subscription in order for it to work.

7. Then when I went to cancel my membership in the app it said to check my email and an email never came and it still stated that my subscription was still active.

8. I GAVE UP! 🤦🏽 ♀️ I felt like a 🐀 in a maze!! I QUICKLY CANCELED.The application never worked and I canceled within the free trail period and was still charged.

9. Total bull.Faxing in 2020 means paying for a subscription of at least $20 for a single month or a full year for the low, low cost of just $90.

10. These apps want you to pay upfront for a subscription service that you may only need for a single use.

1. Fix FAX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FAX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FAX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FAX" » Open FAX - Send Fax from Phone » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FAX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FAX - Send Fax from Phone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FAX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FAX - Send Fax from Phone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FAX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FAX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FAX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FAX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FAX not working

2. Fix FAX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FAX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FAX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FAX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
