3. Saying so because I stopped due to the break and had to restart after a long time But very nice appOMGosh!!! This is hands down the BEST APP that I have used for fitness! Accommodates all levels and gives ample time to transition from one exercise to the next, or you can skip the rest time and move on.

Recommended to everyone (not only for girls I say)This app works great wonders for thighs and is almost GREAT! but it's just that 30 seconds of rest time is too long for me I'd like for it to have an update that I'll be able to set the amount of seconds I want for instance 10 secs of rest time would be ok for me.
