If this problem could be rectified, they'd be 5 star for sure!I really like the app but am struggling with functionality- I have tried to upgrade to premium so that I would actually be able to do a full 7 day course but every time I go to do so the page doesn't work and I'm stuck as a basic user - would really like to change this! UPDATE - I tried again soon after writing this review and alhumdulillah I was able to upgrade.

2. The app is very comprehensive, is easy to navigate, has incredible courses that are inspiring and the visuals are amazing! I love it! However, I am experiencing a problem with not being able to access all of the incredible features even with payment.

3. It has helped me destress during really busy times and I was juggling multiple projects at the same time I would play a meditation 🧘 ♂️ while laying in bed before I slept and it really helped me sleep more soundly and have a more restful sleep.

1. Fix Sabr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sabr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sabr App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sabr" » Open Sabr: Muslim Meditation & Dua » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sabr » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sabr: Muslim Meditation & Dua app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sabr servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sabr: Muslim Meditation & Dua" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sabr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sabr might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sabr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sabr then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sabr not working

2. Fix Sabr Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sabr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sabr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sabr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
