Many features that are beneficial are available.Ok it's good but for some one that looks fit and wants to start slowly on these exercises are bit to many to do at once would be greater if we could log in how many star jumps we done and ect .it's bit to much in one day .it's ok if you a pro and very fitThe exercises look easy but they not, its quite challenging but the results are wonderful.. would recommend the app!!Love this app love the idea that they give you meal plans everything is in order I didn't have to go a struggle to find what I want.
2. Strict training schedules so if you skip training on the workout day & then thinks of doing it next day which incase is a rest day then it won't show you or allow excess to exercise.
3. Training session offers good rest time, wherever required otherwise it makes you go hard on your strength.
4. Good blend of exercises.Normally, I feel like you shouldn't have to get an app to excercise.
